Food Presentation Online
For many years I struggled, questioned and searched on my own information about nutrition, food, diets and how all that affects my sport.
Today, I created a unique power point presentation explaining nutrients, healthy food, the link with our sport, with examples and prevention.
All my research has been verified by a professional sports dietitian, who also added some comments that are incorporated in the presentation.
It is made as a lesson, that can be done Online via Zoom or in life as a groupe meeting 😊
It is also made to be understood by smaller athletes (10 years old) as well as already more experienced young adults (teenagers). All coaches or parents who would like to be present during the meeting are welcome 🙏🏼 I recommend taking notes please 🙏🏼😊
